2 Bedroom Cottage in Southbourne, Bournemouth
One of two beautifully renovated Coastguard Cottages completed in July 2017 to a high standard. Situated within a stones throw of Southbourne Beach with panoramic sea views from all bedrooms.
Each Cottage has 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has either a king size bed or twin beds, stunning sea and garden views and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor with restrictive head height, although absolutely fine for adults, double bed and stunning panoramic views from Old Harry Rocks to The Needles & Isle of Wight.
There is also a family bathroom with overhead shower.
Downstairs there is a large open plan living area, with large sofabed, dining for 6 and fully integrated kitchen with, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave & toaster. There is also a utility area with washer/dryer.
The front of the property has beautifully designed and now fully enclosed, dog and child safe gardens, decking with seating, a hot tub and off road parking. The rear of the Cottage has another decked area which catches the evening sun, along with BBQ area, bike storage etc.
The Cottages are a short walk to Hengistbury Head with its visitors centre and land train to Mudeford Spit, a lovely day out for the family. Historic Christchurch is very close by with its Ancient Priory, Castle, river walks, Quay with Quamps Splash Park for the little ones (free), boat & ferry rides and abundance of restaurants, bars & shops.
Southbourne is a short walk away with shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars. Also we have The New Forest 10 minutes away with its beautiful villages, county pubs, New Forest Ponies and wild donkeys.
Bournemouth Town Centre is a 10 minute drive.
