Maybe you want a beach day, or explore the scenic waterways, grassy dunes and thriving art scene of Saugatuck, or a day in the city of Grand Rapids nationally ranked food and craft beverage scenes, either way this location is ideal. After a day of exploring, you will come back to a cozy yet spacious home with a 1/2 acre fenced in yard. This home is fully equipped with everything you may need! In the kitchen you will find utensils, pans/pots, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, plates silverware, glasses, etc. The bathroom has soap, towels, iron, and toiletry. The bedrooms have linen and 4 of the 5 bedrooms have TVs. You will also have access to internet and Netflix.
The back yard is my personal favorite! You will find a table that sits 6, a 6-person hot tub (4 comfortably), above ground pool with slide, gas grill, darts, trampoline, extra seating, fire pit, and plenty of space for your fury friend(s) to roam and children to play.
There are 5 bedrooms, three upstairs and two on the main level. The two bedrooms downstairs have one king bed and one queen. The only bathrooms are on the main floor. This home is over 2,000 sq. ft, with a gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen, dining and living room are spacious with plenty of seating.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway and two stall garages. There are 2 kayaks, bikes, toys for the pool, plenty of board games, croquet, etc.
