The main property hosts five bedrooms including a ground-floor king-size and en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size, a double with en-suite shower room and a final double, sleeping a total of ten guests, while the Water Tower resting over the first and second floor sleeps two people in a second-floor king-size bedroom, altogether sleeping 10. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with fire, a drawing room with a woodburning stove and a dressing room, while the Water Tower has a first-floor bathroom and a gym below. Outside there is a large enclosed lawn and patio garden with furniture, summerhouse, barbecue, fire pit, pond, swimming pool and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for four to six cars.
