Rosemundy Cottage is a Grade II listed, dog friendly, 2 bedroom semi-detached cottage situated in the ancient village of Lelant with off-road parking for up to 2 cars. Outside there is a kitchen garden, further lawned garden and patio area. Facilities include WiFi, TV, DVD and digital Radio,. The cottage is only 5 mins off the main A30 with the unspoilt Porthkidney beach & West Cornwall Golf Club less than a ten minute walk away. It also gives easy access to the town and beaches of St Ives, Carbis Bay and Hayle locally and the wider Southwest's north and south coasts and Lands End. The village has several pubs and restaurants such as The Badger, The Watermill, The Old Quay, The Old Forge and Birdies Bistro all within easy reach. Lelant saltings is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and a haven for bird watchers while access to the Lelant stations provide a picturesque journey into Carbis Bay and St Ives.
