Complete with open plan lounge and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large, covered deck at the rear to relax and enjoy a BBQ. In addition, there is a second deck, off the Master bedroom, to relax and unwind. Bay and surf beaches, fishing, wineries, golf, nature walks and so many more tourist attractions to enjoy!

The kitchen, dining room & living room -
This property has a lovely feel, with light streaming into the living space. Open-plan dining-room / lounge-room, complete with reverse cycle air-conditioning for your convenience. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Open fireplace is strictly not for use.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed.
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 x Bunks
Bathrooms & laundry -
There are 2 bathrooms in this property, both with shower and toilet (no bath). Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outside -
At the rear there is a huge fully fenced, yard, large deck complete with BBQ, dining table, to relax after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a glass of wine & watch the kids play. There is a good size second deck covered by a sail, off the master bedroom.
Please ensure BBQ is cleaned after use please.
Off-street parking for 4 cars.
