Located on the outskirts of Carlisle just 2 minutes from the M6 motorway and 10 minutes from the city centre, this first floor apartment is converted from the former working mill dating back to 1721. The cottage retains its traditional character with beams, an electric stove effect fire, has wonderful open views over the fields to the River Eden and everything you need for an enjoyable holiday at any time of year.

The City of Carlisle has an abundance of facilities for a family get away, within a 10 minute drive you will find the Lanes Shopping Centre, Castle, Cathedral, Tullie House Museum, and the children will love the soft play centres, trampoline park and other attractions. The Lake District is easily reached with Ullswater a 30 minute drive, Hadrian's Wall is also a short drive and the Solway Coast can be reached in less than an hour.

The cottage is gas centrally heated and is accessed via its own staircase. Ground floor utility room with washer/dryer.

Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
