Positive: The house could use a deep clean. There were some spider web and we had to buy a bulb since one room didn't have one. Also, when you turn the hot water in the bathrooms, you can hear it in all the upstairs rooms. Very noisy boilers. However, if you can get over that, the surroundings are amazing. Peaceful and quiet. All you can hear is the sound of the spring that runs close to the house. Loved to wake up to that view.
