Notes : Hot tubs may be too cool to use on arrival day due to being changed with every change of guest. Hot tubs should be kept at 37 degrees.
Information for Disabled and Less Abled People. Wheelchair accessible, the parking is on a cobbled surface that surrounds the property, there is a smooth slab for access, the property is all on one level including kitchen, living area, bed and bathroom/wetroom. Important information - There is a step onto the decking and there is no hoist for the tub.

Please be aware before booking that in times of drought hot tubs won't be available for guests during their stay. This is due to the hot tubs being filled up with water from a local water source.
