The unit is located on the second floor of Lake Pointe Condominiums with an incredible view looking over the main body of Spring Lake and boats in the marina seen from the deck, living room, and dining room. The Spring Lake/Grand Haven bike path runs near the building and with four bikes available to you, this would make a very fun activity for you and your guests. There is an accessible elevator off the condo's main entrance to make loading and unloading easy. Lake Pointe Association includes Barrett's Marina seasonal pool, picnic, and pavilion amenities. Condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, two large closets with built-ins, and a private full bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television and closet. There is also a second full bathroom and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The main living area is an open floor plan and includes the kitchen, large island with granite counter tops all around and bar stools, large dining room table, a living room with a sofa bed, and a large screen TV with AppleTV remote.
