Outside there is parking and small garden.The area is nestled in a beautiful unspoilt valley in rural Cornwall. This property is new and has views across the valley and a sense of calm and peacefulness that is rarely found nowadays. There is a balcony where you can sit and ponder ,have your breakfast out here or just look at the fantastic sunsets with a glass of bubbly. Wadebridge with it's famous camel trail is a 10 min drive away. Padstow 20 mins. We are practically in the centre of Cornwall so anywhere is accessible.
