Positive: Jasmin was the only peson on site & at reception. She was very helpful although only just started working here recently. The room rooms were clean. 2 of the 3 nights (due to furbishment works a generator was switched on next door till 1am in the morning & was unable to sleep). Cold water tap did not work for the bath & infestation/ insects in the other shower room. No manager on site to discuss with (Toni, You should have least be approachable). The only person on site was new and had no idea how to help or resolve the issues at hand. The accommodation was perfect but the issues we faced were not resolved.
