We are very family-friendly, including infants and pets! This charming cottage is BIG on comfort.
There are many seating areas in the home and yard for enjoying a book, your favorite beverage, or watching the kids play. Good stock of games and movies for family time. We provide a pack-n-play along with the pack-n-play mattress. Upon request, we can also provide an infant tub, or convenient items such as a highchair, sit n stay and toddler toys. Please just let us know what you need and we will try to accommodate.
We are close to bike trails, less than a mile to two beach accesses
The entire house and yard are accessible to guests. The wood-burning stove in the kitchen cannot be used due to insurance regulations. Our guests are our number 1 priority. Please do not hesitate to call or text with any needs during your stay! We have a golf cart available for rent that you can use to get to the beach, parks, golf, and tennis courts. Golf cart rental info can be provided by a host.
Lawn chairs, beach toys, and beach towels are on the premises to use in the season. 2 bikes are in the garage to use (weather permitting). As parents ourselves, we know traveling with children and infants can be stressful. Let us know if there is anything you would like to have set up at the property prior to arrival to make your trip easier.
