Close to 5th and A. Ave. Opens to private patio with full size BBQ and wood fireplace. Exceptional outdoor lighting to accent the lush garden and outside pond/fountain. Spacious 650 sq ft Quiet alley street, far from traffic. Will consider small well behaved, non-barking dog.
