Positive: The location was perfect for our needs. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, attractions, and shops. The owner sends a code to enter the morning of your stay. The property is very cozy, clean and in a safe neighborhood. It will be my go to stay when in Simi.

Summary: Great place to stay! Its our new stay place when in Simi.
