Escape to the Hualapai Mountains of Kingman, Arizona. Northern Arizona's best kept secret! Stay in this 2-bedroom, 2-bath A-frame cabin for 6, "Wally Pie Cabin". Located minutes from the Hualapai Mountain Lodge and Hualapai Mountain Park.

Wally Pie Cabin is a rustic cabin with modern touches. It features an open kitchen with a living area that has a queen sized sofa bed and a landing area with another queen sized sofa bed. the living area is a modest space that seats 3 but there is another sofa just steps away for additional seating, believe me, you will want to be outside.

In the living room listen to your favorite tunes on our blue tooth speaker and enjoy the view. You will have an excellent view of the sunset and sunrise off of our back deck.

Enjoy some of the board games provided (adult and kid friendly) or take in a movie or TV show on the smart TV (wifi permitting).

Our kitchen is fully prepared and ready for you to cook. Basic appliances, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, coffee, general spices and oil are provided. There is no dishwasher in the cabin so you have to clean the dishes the old fashioned way.

There are two bedrooms in this unit each with a king sized bed. Please note: only one of the bedrooms has a door to close for privacy. The other is the only room upstairs and is private but open so you will be able to hear what is going on downstairs and vice/versa.

Got toys? There are two metal garages available to you on the property to store a side by side or off road toys until you need them. Park your vehicle in one (size permitting). Enjoy the various off road trails in this area and really take advantage of all the area has to offer.

After a long day of hiking and exploring what the area has to offer come back and enjoy observing nature on our 2 decks. Fire up the gas barbeque and enjoy dinner out on the deck. Don't feel like cooking? Head about two minutes down the road to Hualapai Mountain Lodge for dinner, drinks, a game of pool and even live bands some nights.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a cabin in the woods so WIFI is not always reliable. I have verizon and it works well in the cabin. We offer a Verizon jetpack for wifi service. However, depending on how many people are on the network it can be slow. I would suggest using it only to stream off of Netflix or to check your phone. You can connect 15 devices but this will affect your connections. Please do not move the unit. Should it be damaged or missing there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Pets- We are dog friendly with prior approval. There is a $50.00 fee per pet, per stay. Must be housebroken and no puppies allowed. Dog has to be crated when the owner is not present. There are wild animals in this area so please supervise your pets and keep them on a leash. Absolutely no cats allowed due to owner allergy.

We allow children of all ages at the property. We provide a pack and play and a high chair. There are several child friendly games in the cabin. There is a park approximately 2 miles down the road. The cabin is NOT childproofed. There are stairs open on one side that could pose a fall risk. No child proofing efforts have been made. PLEASE supervise your children at all times. There are wild animals in this area.

The cabin is heated and cooled with central air. NOTE there is no heating or cooling in the upstairs bedroom. However, we do provide a fan and an electric blanket if needed. This is cooler country so just opening a window is normally sufficient to cool and heat rises so the downstairs should heat the upper level sufficiently.

We are on a private well but the max capacity for water is 6 people so please conserve as much as you can. Do not leave water running or take long showers or you may run out. We are on a septic system so only natural waste and toilet paper can be flushed. Repairing a septic is a minimum of $350.00 that would be charged to you should you not abide by these rules.

There is a tub/shower combo in the back bathroom and a tub only in the front bathroom. The front bathroom tub and the kitchen are connected to their own water heater which is small. You will not be able to fill up the entire tub with hot water due to the size of the water heater prior to running out but the back tub has a large water heater.

We provide pump style liquid shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Please see guide book for instructions on using as the water source for the washer is located outside and will need to be turned on to use. Only cold water is provided.

Primary renter must be 24 years old or older. There are absolutely no parties allowed in the cabin. Violation of these rules will result in termination of the rental with absolutely no refund. If you have any concerns that this may affect you please book elsewhere.

Please fully check the unit for your belongings upon departure. Fort items left behind that you want returned you will be responsible for scheduling and paying for a carrier pickup such as Fedex, UPS or USPS. You must arrange for them to bring proper packaging and a pre-paid slip as I am unable to do this due to time constraints and liability. Items not picked up within a week will be discarded or donated. I assume not responsibility for forgotten items.

We do require a separate rental agreement and liability waiver be signed prior to arrival. We will email you the documents to e-sign. We do require copies of state issued ID's for all adults.
