This spacious house is set in the heart of Winterbourne, which is a large village located on the northern fringes of vibrant Bristol, 6 miles from the city centre. There is a good range of local amenities nearby as well as great spots for a walk, including the village duck pond and Huckford Quarry nature reserve. The covered entrance porch gives access into the hallway, which immediately gives a hint of the age and character of the property. Once inside you will find a king-size bedroom to the left with an en-suite shower and WC. Just across the hall is a spacious dining room with an impressive fireplace with wood burner. Following on from here is a lounge with comfortable seating and Smart TV, a perfect spot to snuggle up and watch a movie after a busy day exploring. To the back of the property is a traditional farmhouse kitchen with a gas range-style cooker and hob, two fridge freezers, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A useful utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading back into the dining area you will see the steep, winding staircase rising to the first floor. There are changes of level across the first-floor landing and care should be taken with children here and on the stairs. A further winding staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the remaining two king-size bedrooms set into the eaves.
