The picturesque town of Diss is close by, with its stunning Mere and market.

City lovers have certainly picked a great location as you can be in Norwich with its splendid Norman castle, or Bury St Edmunds with its famous abbey, within 35 minutes. Ely, with its cathedral, and Ipswich are within an hour. Take a trip to Southwold with its pier and painted beach huts. The village offers two pubs, a social club, post office, butchers, shop, a coffee shop and a fish and chip shop. Banham Zoo is a short drive away for fun-filled days out.
