This 3 bedroom house is close to Downtown, Airport, and markets in Calgary. Schools and SAIT are mins away. Bus stop to anywhere in the city and major attractions is right outside the house.
This home has 3 Bedrooms all equipped with King Size Beds with very high quality Beddings. Then Living has leather sofa with Flat screen TV and Amazon Firestick. Kitchen is well equipped with all kitchenware with Dining table and Chairs. There is also mini Ice maker and Cordless Vaccum .
THINGS TO NOTE
- Please make sure main door is closed and locked while leaving/ entering the house.
- Please put garbage in Black Bin, Recycles (bottles, recyclable paper, cans etc) in Blue Bin.
- Please switch off patio/ Balcony lights in the night after 11ish.
- Using All Electrical equipments on plug at once may cause breaker trip down. Please message me for instructions.
- Checkout last time is at 11 am.
- No shoes inside the house.
- Please report damages or any issues related to house immediately.
- We wont do any refills except there is anything missing regular items like Shampoo, Consitioner, Soaps etc.
*Laundry Instructions*
- Please put detergent or Pods with clothes itself in the bowl. *Please don't put Detergent in any compartments*
- Please refrain using washer and dryer in the night as it cause disturbance to others in the house.
- Please clean filters of the DRYERS after every use.
- Laundry is shared so remove your clothes from the washer and dryer promptly.
*While checkout*
- Please lock the door from outside and keep the keys in the mailbox.
- Please empty everything from refrigerator on checkout.
- Please clean dishes and place it on drying mat on checkout.
- Please put bedsheets and pillow covers in washer on checkout.
- Please let us know any stains or marks do that we can remove those for next guests like you.
- Always put Garbage bags in garbage bins.
