Plymouth 7 miles, is now being recognised as a prime centre for offshore diving with the scuttled HMS Sylla at Whitsand Bay and the Edistone Reef. Facilities at Langdon Barton include boat parking and a secure store for dive equipment. Mount Batton for water sports including yachting. A water taxi to the Barbican and National Marine Aquarium is only a 5 minute drive. Langdon Court brasserie is only 500 yards. Ideal spot for bird watching with cirl bunting territories close by. Saltram House NT, 5 miles. Dartmoor National park, 15 miles. Eden Project 1¼ hours drive. Golf, 4 miles. Shop/PO and pub 2 miles.
