The park are unable to accommodate any commercial vehicles parked at the lodges. If this applies please leave them at the reception.
Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength. Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival.

There will be a £250 security deposit payable on arrival via card only.

Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.

Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.
