Being an ideal location for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk, you really are spoilt by having so much to do and see. A 13-minute drive away is the vibrant city of Norwich, with its theatre, castle museum, excellent shopping (including two indoor malls) with popular retail outlets and boutiques, plus plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and a market square. Alternatively spend a day enjoying the famous Broads National Park where day boats and river trips area available locally to explore and navigate the miles of waterways abounding with bird and wildlife.
The pretty market towns of Loddon, Beccles and Bungay an easy drive with interesting shops, cafés, and riverside eateries to enjoy. The towns of Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich are an hour’s drive.
