Live like a Londoner. The flat has its own entrance as originally it was a corner shop.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen is at ground level with a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, if you wish. It has an oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. There are two stools for eating at a counter.
A few steps down to the two bedrooms and shower room (with toilet and basin) and en suite bathroom (Shower over tub, basin, toilet and bidet).
The master bedroom, with en suite, can be arranged as a King bed (6ft/1.8m wide) or as two extra long twin beds. It opens onto a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. Smoking is allowed on the patio.
The other bedroom has a Queen bed (5 1/2 ft/1.5m wide bed).
The living room has a sleeper sofa for one person.
The dining room seats 6.
The entire flat is about 900 ft 2 (80 square meters).
This is a non-smoking, non-pet flat.
We provide some items for your arrival but you will probably have to get more, especially for stays of more than a few days. Items include shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, oil & vinegar.

Summary: We were thrilled with our stay. Joel was super responsive to all of my questions, check in was very easy with the lock box and the location was fabulous - only a 3-5 minute walk to Paddington Station - which easily got us everywhere we wanted to go. It was a safe area and the unit was perfect for my family with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice appliances and plates/flatware. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.
