About the home

"Woolamai Views" is a delightful home only a very short walk to popular beaches in Cape Woolamai and short ride or drive to cafes and shops. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The upstairs open plan kitchen / dining / living room (with gas fireplace) leads out to the large rear deck. Also upstairs are the Master bedroom (with TV) and an en-suite (with shower and toilet). Downstairs is another living room (with Tv & Dvd player), three bedrooms and the main bathroom (with shower and bath) as well as another separate toilet. Please note the kitchen has been recently renovated - updated photos to come.

Outdoor Areas

The key attraction for this lovely home is the stunning solar heated in ground pool (9m long x 3.5m wide, 1.1m to 1.7m deep). The rear downstairs deck is covered and provides ample space to lounge by the pool and there is a hot & cold water outdoor shower to wash off after a swim. The large upstairs deck looks over the pool and yard while the front decks have delightful views over the coastal banksia's and the surfing reserve full of native birdlife.

Kitchen

The fully appointed and newly renovated kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Breville Barista coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the upstairs living room as well as a gas fireplace. The Master bedroom, as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 and both living rooms also have ceiling fans, all tiled areas on the ground floor have underfloor heating and there are 3 portable heaters which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): One set of Single bunks

The downstairs living room also has a fold out Double divan/sofa that is suitable for two adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
