This panoramic ocean view cottage sits above the Pacific and boasts stunning ocean views all the way up the coast to Dana Point. The modern open floor plan with beam ceilings has views from almost every spot in the Kitchen/Great Room & Master Bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom.
Upon entering this almost 2000 square foot cottage you'll find open, spacious living spaces. The three ocean view seating areas in the great room allow for separate activities while still keeping the group together. The main living area features 2 comfortable couches, a Flat Screen TV, and a fireplace. Open to the living area and kitchen is an additional sitting area, featuring a sofa and two Captain’s chairs. The sofas in the living and sitting areas can be converted into Queen size beds to accommodate 4 of your guests comfortably.
Adjacent to the living area is the home's Gourmet Kitchen, boasting a Viking range and Bosch Dishwasher, ample counter and storage space, and a Granite Bar with built in seating. The open kitchen /great room combination is ideal for entertaining. For added convenience, the full guest bathroom is located just off of the living and kitchen areas.
The 10 seat dining table is flanked by a corner window where you can see the waves crashing 300 feet away while enjoying your morning coffee. Evenings are even more spectacular as you enjoy dinner with sunsets over the ocean and Catalina Island in the background.
The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, built in closet space, a Flat Screen TV, fireplace and microwave. Awaken to the waves and dolphins. You’ll never want to get out of the super comfortable bed with superior bedding. The Master Bath, open to the bedroom, features a mirrored vanity with dual sinks. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan, and spacious mirrored closet. It has a couch that can convert to another sleeping space.
There is an outdoor patio below the cottage to watch Ocean Sunsets as you sip a glass of wine. Truly an exceptional hideaway.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property - no exceptions.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
There is on-site laundry and a BBQ grill
This property has exterior stairs to the front door and is not ideal for anyone who struggles with stairs.
There is a stairway to the beach and beach trail about 10 houses away.
The famous Ole Hansen Beach Club and wedding venue is accessible with a short walk down the hill.
