Your family will love spending time at the beach and they'll never forget the constant stream of whales, dolphins and birds that pass by this central Monterey Bay beach house. The Sandpiper has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom enjoy a breathtaking view of the dunes and ocean.
There is plenty of fun to be had at the clubhouse as well. There tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a bocce ball court, a shuffleboard court, and a driving range net. Basketball and volleyball are available as well. There is a community pool and a community hot tub and the locker rooms have showers.
If you have an electric vehicle there is a charging station at the clubhouse.
