Our waterfront home sits on beautiful Betsie Bay in the quaint fishing town of Frankfort. The home has a total of four bedrooms, including two master suites, a main floor queen bedroom and bunk room (with four beds) and three full bathrooms. It offers an expansive enclosed sunroom porch and deck overlooking the bay. You won't believe the birds and natural beauty from your own backyard- make some time to sit and enjoy!
For those who like a little more activity, hop off the back dock onto one of the kayaks and enjoy a a little solitude as you paddle around the bay checking out the boats and marinas. If you're feeling adventurous, continue on past the beautiful Frankfort lighthouse and into Lake Michigan. The Frankfort beach is beautiful and spacious and we've stocked the house with beach chairs for you and your guests to enjoy.
Next, get out the bikes and hit the Betsie Bay Trail, a 20+ mile long ride accessible right from your driveway. Go left and in 15 minutes you'll be in town at Mineral Park, a great destination for kids. Don't forget to hit the bakery, ice cream, beautiful library, Storm Cloud Brewery or many shops while you're there. Go right for the long ride all the way to Crystal Lake. Although we are close to the best amenities, you'll feel away from it all in this nature lover's getaway.
