Positive: Location is close to beaches and Ft Stevens. House is well furnished, Roomy and nice game room above garage, Old oak furniture adds a nice flavor to the home, we like that. Actually too many pots and pans for a rental.

Negative: Living room TV and X-box is a joke, especially when the controller you’re trying to use is dead. Toilet runs all the time, needs new flusher valve, No coffee maker, need to advertise Kerig only. Grounds need to be tidy up and some maintenance on the front pine tree. BBQ grill needs rebuilt internals. Blackberry beside the garage needs to be remove, they will ruin the siding.

Summary: Yes we would rent again, easy access to beaches, roomy , great parking area.
