The private deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or for reading the latest novel. The space is beautifully appointed, with mid-century modern furnishings, and in-unit washer & dryer.

**For upkeep, we require our tenants to hire our cleaners for a visit at a minimum of every 4 weeks at your expense? But if the stay of is only for a month or four weeks then it is covered. Thank you for understanding**
