Villa Vignola is an old country house which has been refurbished and converted in a holiday villa rental all done in a typical Tuscan country style. It is found in the hills of the countryside of Montaione, near San Gimignano and between Florence and Volterra, surrounded by cultivated fields and woodlands. From here the peaceful countryside extends for kilometres as far as the eye can see. There are two buildings on this property, the villa and the annexe and this is excellent accommodation for large groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together yet keeping their privacy. The villa rental is made up of 6 suites (apartments) and the 2-suite annexe (apartments). All the apartments are independent and all face out. At the front, a beautiful lawn spreads, equipped with the best garden furniture and then there is the pool (8 x 15, 1.50m deep)(01/05-10/10) from where to enjoy all the view. The pool is lit, with tiers of steps leading into the water. Guests can enjoy sitting out under the large portico equipped with a dining table for 16 people and a kitchen (electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine for American coffee, toaster) with double barbeque. All the flats have central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet access. The laundry room is in a common room (washing machine). Included in the price: air conditioning, Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity, but not heating); swimming pool and garden maintenance, 1 mid week maid service (no linens change, for weekly stays). For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: baby bed, highchair, local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed upon request. For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 1600.00. Not drinkable water. Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. For late arrivals a 40 Euros fee will be applied.
