There is also a queen pull out couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. It has central AC and heating and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a deck that overlooks meadows and woods with a table, chairs and charcoal grill. Under this deck is a screened in porch that has a 6 person Hot Tub. If you reserve Xanadu, you will be renting the ENTIRE log home, wrap around screened-in porches, first floor and loft floor decks, hot tub, fire pit, designated parking area, and the surrounding yard. These listed areas are for your PRIVATE use only. If you reserve the Captains Quarters, you will be renting the ENTIRE second story of the five car garage, upper deck, screened in hot tub under the upper deck, fire pit, designated parking area, and the surrounding yard. These listed areas are for your PRIVATE use only. Both of these properties are designed with entrances on the opposite side of the property from each other allowing total PRIVACY for all. The only thing that might be considered shareable on this property would be the bonus of the natural beauty of the vast wooded hills and rolling meadows that only 20 acres in Charlevoix the Beautiful can offer.
