The contemporary style home has been beautifully furnished to compliment both the style of the home and the large glass windows throughout the house that allow for plenty of natural lighting. The long elegant glass dining table can seat at least twelve people simultaneously, while the breakfast nook near the kitchen can seat an additional four people, it's a great place for a quick breakfast or relaxing coffee. The living room includes a sofa that seats 12 people and is a great place to socialize while enjoying the small bar area as well. The living room instantly converts into a home theater with a full surround sound system, blackout curtains, LED strip lighting ( color adjustable ), and a 120 " screen. The layout was thoughtfully designed - you won't need to head to the movie theaters anymore as the experience is both better and more intimate!
