On the border of Tuscany and Umbria in the area of Lago di Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi and Cortona, on the first floor, our spacious apartment of 200m2 is located in a beautiful ancient farmhouse "Casa della Civetta".

De woonkamer is zeer ruim en heeft een hoog plafond met terra-cotta tegels wat veel sfeer geeft. In het midden van de woonkamer bevindt zich het zitgedeelte met 2 ruime zitbanken, kroonluchter en een houtkachel. Verder is er een tv-loungehoek aanwezig en een eetkamer gedeelte. De sfeer is landelijk, luxe, warm. Aansluitend aan de woonkamer bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers. 1 met een 2 persoonsbed en 1 met een stapelbed. Ook de ruime keuken met oven en vaatwasser is op deze etage gelegen alsmede de ruime master-badkamer met dubbeldouche, bad, toilet en bidet. Wasmachine en wasdroger zijn ingebouwd.
In de woonkamer bevindt zich ook de sfeervolle trap naar de 2e etage. Hier zijn 2 ruime slaapkamers aanwezig met beide een 2 persoonsbed. 1 slaapkamer heeft een balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ook heeft deze etage een badkamer met douche en toilet. Aircondition in de 2 master bedrooms.
