This is for two townhomes. The buildings are next to each other, with one townhome between them. About 30 yards away from each other.
In one unit are three bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and in the living room has a pullout (full size) couch, and an air mattress.
In the other unit is another three bedrooms with a kind bed in one, and queen sized beds in the other two. The living room has two couches (not pullout) plus an air mattress.

Two side by side townhomes in the quiet and desirable northwest area of town.
Each unit has a full bathroom upstairs with a shower, a full bathroom upstairs with deep tub (not shower), and a half bath downstairs.
Each unit has a full kitchen and dining room seating for six. The living room could also double as dining space(on couches) , if the entire party wanted to eat together.
Please note that the downstairs living areas have a mini-split a/c. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms’ has a window or portable AC unit. Keeping the bedroom doors open will allow the cool air to circulate between all the bedrooms.
Each unit has a small charcoal grill in the back, and outdoor table.
Between all the bedrooms, the pull out couch, and the air mattresses, this could sleep 18 people, with two to a bed.
There is room for two cars in each driveway, and two on the street.
If you will want to use the pullout couch or air mattresses, please request access to them in your booking, so we have proper linens available.
