A well equipped kitchen with tile backsplash, granite countertops and 1/2 bath round out this floor. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen tv as well as a separate guest room with 2 full size beds and a workspace. An additional full bath completes this floor.
