Positive: The grounds are beautiful and staff did respond promptly to any requests

Negative: The property is very dated and needs care. The running machines didn't work in the gym, our dishwasher was broken, the microwave control panel doesn't have any markings left so you are guessing when using it. The kitchen utensils etc need updating and adding to. The swimming pool was not always opened on time and staff didn't seem to be aware of the number of things which were broken
