Positive: All you needed. Basic and clean .Good Location. Excellent price. Would definitely stay there again .

Negative: Parking isn't as close as you're led to believe, which makes unloading on arrival and loading on departure a chore, although not impossible . There were 4 of us staying at the cottage but only two uncomfortable chairs to sit on outside and enjoy the small outdoor space. The shower curtain is too close, leaving very little room to shower without it clinging to you. The dust bin outside was full when we arrived, and twice we came back to the seagulls spreading its contents around the yard as we couldn't shut it fully . Recycling is also important to us, and there didn't seem to be any facilities to allow us to achieve this.

Summary: Good enough.
