Positive: This is a deceptively spacious cottage with plenty of facilities, there is everything you are likely to need while away. In a lovely part of the village right next to the pele tower, it is well situated. The beds were super comfortable and we had a really good sleep whilst here.

Negative: We had a bit of trouble finding the key box which we had been told was beside the door, but in fact when we eventually found it, it is beside the gate into the gravel driveway. The house was very cold on arrival but did soon warm up when we turned the radiators up a bit. Otherwise, all good.

Summary: Beautifully presented and homely cottage in the heart of Whittingham village.
