This open concept home will offer many possibilities for entertainment and relaxation - sunrises, sunsets, sandy beach with patio, fire pit, grill, long dock and mooring to tie boats up, and more. Large kitchen with wet bar and coffee bar opens up to the great room with access to outdoor covered deck offering the possibility for memorable events.
Upstairs sitting area and access to a covered deck from two of the bedrooms extends the entertainment space. TVs and WiFi available for use. This new home includes 5 spacious bedrooms each with sizable closet and ceiling fan, an air-conditioned bonus room, and 3.5 bathrooms - sleeps 12-15. Additional amenities include a full laundry room with washer and dryer, A/C, gas fireplace, and garage. Just a 30-minute drive to Traverse City, or under 20 to Alden, Bellaire, Elk Rapids, and Turtle Creek Casino. A couple eateries in walking distance and many more a short drive away. Enjoy a retreat and breathtaking views of the “Caribbean colored “ waters from inside or out and from just about every room!
