Positive: Location is great, very clean, receptionist is very friendly, very kind and accomodating. We requested a cot in one of the three rooms but Booking.com did not send our request hence no cot was reserved and there was none available. The receptionist then went out of her way to speak to the owner to get a new portacot. She went and bought one and delivered it to the room. That's unheard of. Some will just leave it as "booking.com did not tell us". We will be back for sure. I am glad I found this place. It's a home away from home.
