Inside:
This condo has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and a very generous walk-in shower, en-suite. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen size bed and large double closet. 3rd bedroom has one set of bunk beds (twin), a daybed with 2 twin/trundle beds which can be made up into a king for two adults if desired.
There is also availability of a high chair, pack-n-play crib, a toddler cot (sits 6" off the floor and takes a crib size sheet, provided).The kitchen has all amenities needed for meal prep and is supplied with some pantry items (i.e. salt/pepper, mustard, ketchup, sugar, flour, syrup, some spices, etc.) All towels/linens for kitchen, bed & bath, including beach towels will be available.
The living room has comfortable cottage-style furnishings, a gas log fireplace, a smart TV with cable/internet/wifi, games, videos and playing cards are available as well. While no one wants to do laundry while on vacation, there may be times when it is a necessity, there is a washer/dryer right in the condo available for your use.
Outside:
The wrap-around deck beckons for an afternoon lemonade or watching an evening sunset, complete with patio table, chairs and umbrella.
A pool/hot tub is situated in the center of the 4-building condo complex and you will find tables/chairs/lounges there for your enjoyment. For your protection, a new security system has been installed with cameras near the pool area. Outside the pool area is a clubhouse with television, restroom and a workout room with equipment. There are also new Weber grills and tables/chairs for grilling and picnics out-of-doors.
Two parking spaces in an underground parking garage are available with an elevator to the main level. Come enjoy Pure Michigan at One Ludington Place!
This town has so much to offer. Lake Michigan is the jewel of the area, and it can be enjoyed from a number of places.
Stearns Park is just a few short blocks west and has a wonderful beach, lighthouse and restrooms. Parking is free. Or you can head north along the coastline and head to Ludington State Park, one of the finest in the area!
Downtown is within walking distance where there are restaurants, brew pubs, a wonderful Children's Museum, shopping, antiques, even a great bike shop.
No visit to Ludington would be complete without a trip to House of Flavors ice cream shop, then cross the street and head south to play on the swings and slides that are found in the huge park/playground near the spot where the "Badger" car ferry docks as it travels in and out of the channel each day.
