Measuring 275 sqm, it features five-metre ceilings with direct lift access. Floor-to-ceiling windows are bathed in eastern sunlight and a mirrored wall enhances the sense of openness. A custom-built Carrara marble dining table with room for 20 seats anchors the open plan living space, while an Isamu Noguchi Akari installation and vintage Murano glass lighting bring warmth once the day settles. The mezzanine bedroom with ensuite provides the ultimate retreat from days spent exploring the Harbour City with a hidden media room tucked inside the original warehouse safe.
