Positive: The property was in a beautiful location. The communication was excellent and when a small issue arose (kettle not working), a new kettle was delivered within hours. We enjoyed going to ‘The Boulevard’ family restaurant in Selsey and Chichester was close by for a brilliant day out.

Negative: The beds were very soft and some areas needed a better clean (e.g oven), pet hair on some carpets.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, thank you! The local beach is beautiful and the sunsets were spectacular
