Positive: Quiet area, river behind is nice to look at. I should have done my research about the river, didn’t know it was more downstream, wish it was a loop. The backyard deck with bbq and prep tables were great. We had most of our meals outdoor. Thank you for having bug sprays available. The property was < 30 minutes from other attractions. The place was spacious.

Negative: Not a major issue as it didn’t stop our family from having a great time but maybe some improvement needed: Kitchen items missing—maybe not a part of it or we missed it- aluminum foil, Saran wraps, more tongs for bbq We weren’t able to change the temp setting We like the wooden furnitures but some furnitures and carpeting need updating. Maybe add beach towels (if applicable)

Summary: It was good stay overall. The place was clean.
