Positive: Presented lovely everywhere clean and tidy. Nice warm homely feel. Hot tub already warmed up for you so no needing to wait for it. Has board games and books if you are interested in them. Maria is lovely and very helpful. Me and my partner really enjoyed it will definitely be back. And already have recommended to others
