Bedroom 3 double bed with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom4 ( within bedroom 3 at level mezzanine level via spiral staircase) floor based double bed with access to bedroom 3 bathroom. Bedroom 5 double bed with large en-suite bathroom, toilet and basin. Bedroom 6 : either king-size bed or 2 twin beds with jack and Jill access to large en-suite bathroom toilet and basin. Cloaked room on lower floor near kitchen /dinning area (toilet and basin only)Kitchen/diner. Utility. Dining room with woodburning stove. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravelled area, lawn and patio, hot tub, sun loungers, furniture, barbecue and fire pit, and off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking or vaping. You'll find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
