Boasting modern high-end appliances the well-equipped kitchen opens out into a large open-plan dining/ sitting room with underfloor heating throughout. An impressive double-sided wood burning stove features at the centre, ensuring a cosy atmosphere in the chillier months. From the sitting area, french doors open out onto an enclosed garden. A terrace/ courtyard is also accessed from the sitting area - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or al fresco dining. Situated on the ground floor, bedroom three hosts a double bed and in served by an en-suite bathroom featuring free-standing roll top bath. With Jack and Jill doors, this bathroom can also be accessed from the boot-room.
Ascend the wooden floating staircase under the sophisticated chandelier to arrive on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom hosts a super-king size bed and a Smart television, and is served by a shower room offering large walk-in shower. A king-size bed is provided by bedroom two which features juliet balcony, and is served by an en-suite shower room. Also served by an en-suite shower room, bedroom four offers twin beds.
