Positive: Simply, wow. What an incredible location and beautiful home, the cottage was wonderfully equipped and it really felt like a home away from home. Quiet and secluded it was just idyllic the hosts Trish and David were very helpful with us finding our way. We really wanted a quiet week away and we found it here at the Old Barn, we loved exploring Mold and Chester. In the cottage itself the kitchen was well equipped, there is a fridge, freezer, modern oven, washing machine AND tumble dryer! The TV has a DVD player and there was a vast collection of films on hand for those rainy evenings. The attention to detail was perfect.
