Beautiful barn conversion hosting 12 people set in a countryside location with 2 hot tubs!

This beautifully converted barn has been split in two to give the perfect mix for privacy and socialising.
They consist of the following:
The Barn - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
The Piggery - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
The Main Barn has communal space for all 12 guests including a huge seating area and also a 12 person dining table.
These recently renovated barns are perfect for a countryside retreat. Both barns have underfloor heating, a private garden area with a hot tub (8am-10pm), an open plan kitchen/dining area and log burner. They share the same driveway which can accommodate at least seven cars.
The Main Barn contains 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and The Piggery barn has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4). Both have their own garden and hot tub, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and lounge.
Three of the rooms across the barns can either have two single beds in or one king size bed. If you have a preference, please advise us when booking.
All of the property is on the ground floor, the only area upstairs is an additional seating/TV area which is up a spiral staircase.
Upon requests we can provide a travel cot for your infant, we do not, however, provide cot linen. The base is quite firm so many guests bring a small duvet to cushion this.
Our barns are based in the countryside in a quiet village, please respect our neighbours. Sorry, no parties!
We are lucky enough to have horses in the field next to the barns so no fireworks allowed.

There is parking on the drive for 7 cars.
Southampton Airport is a 15 minute car journey away.
Hedge End train station is 5 minutes from the barns by car.
There is a bus stop around the corner outside the village hall which is for the X10 bus. This goes to Bishops Waltham one way and through to Southampton the other.
Please vacate the hot tubs by 10pm and keep noise outside to a minimum.
