Other features include a grand foyer, travertine floors, a two-story ceiling in the Living and and Dining rooms, a huge game room complete with a bar and outdoor deck, a home office, and a guest wing with a separate entrance that works well as a maid's quarters or in-law suite. The kitchen features granite counters, breakfast bar and a breakfast area, and a pantry with an additional fridge & freezer, and built-in wine rack.

1. The guest under the reservation will be required to be physically present with an official form of ID upon check in.
2. No Smoking on the property.
3. No loud music during daytime. No music at all (outdoor/indoor) are allowed after 10PM. Low voices outside after 10PM. Los Angeles City Ordinance quiet hours to be set at 10PM to 8AM.
4. No Party/Events are allowed at the Property.
5.No Photo shoot/filming is allowed at the Property without first securing all required permits and Living the Dream’s prior approval. Photo shoots and filming are subject to additional fees.
6. Weddings are not allowed.
