We are offering a loft apartment on the back side of our barndominium. You get the apartment to yourself and we live in the main house. We are located in between Grand Haven and Holland on the lakeshore. We are just 3/4 mile south of Pigeon Lake and Lake Michigan beaches. We have Kouw Park, Kirk Park, Windsnest Park, Just a short distance away. We are also close to Holland State Park, Grand Haven State Park and Rosy Mound Park. There is a lot to do around here so this is the perfect spot to stay. Our brand new apartment on our barndominium is ready to go! Full kitchenette includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker for pods, loft bedrooms, living room, fire pit, grilling area and plenty of parking. Don't forget to have lunch at The Beach House just a hop, skip and a jump away. The public boat launch on Pigeon Lake is only 3/4 mile away. Tulip time is May 7-15th with Dutch parades, mini carnival, and street entertainment. On Wednesdays and Saturdays Holland has a farmers market May-Dec. During the summer Holland offers free entertainment from street performers from June 16th -August 18th all along Hollands downtown 8th street which also has breweries, restaurants and wineries.
Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival runs from July 29th-August 5th. Music, activities, fireworks and more! Property has security cameras on the outside of the building.
